Perhaps this is posted elsewhere but maybe it will help someone.
The lack of a zobel on the Sure boards can be a good thing in that you can tweak your own. Since the output filters on class-d causes a slight loss below 20,000 hz, you can compensate by putting a very small inductor in your zobel, assuming you can hear high enough for it to make a difference. This will cause a rise in the high frequencies without undoing the output filters function. You can use the inductor to tune the high frequencies to your liking. |
