Can I run two UCD 180 modules off of one Meanwell S-350-48 SMPS?
As numbers imply, it is 350VA and 48 DC volts, a good input voltage for the UCD 180.
Second question would be, what do I run into the the ground input of the UCD 180? Do I connect the Meanwell ground to the input ground of the UCD 180, or do I ground the UCD 180 to a chassis ground?

I also have a robust 650VA transformer that is made for hypex modules and a Hypex power supply module, but I do not have a soft start. it will not be here for two weeks.
I wanted to see how the SMPS would sound. I could go with the linear supply, but without a softstart do i risk blowing the amp modules?

On the specification it is called Single Output .... so I do not think it is a +- SMPS .... the ground is for the input, Ground and not common ..... ...

I have a sotfstart coming, so I guess I will wait for that.
sounds great. so you have 1 650VA trafo.
one 40.0000uF PSU?
or 2pc 20.000uF PSU's?
1 softstart, from hypex?
2 pc UcD180. ST? HG? HG with HxR?
not a hypex softstart, but should be fine.
2 UcD180 AD. several years old, been in my closet for 3 years.
1 UCD power supply ST, which according to Hypex can run either 1 or two UCD 180's. So i will use it to run both, see how they sound, but likely upgrade to a larger supply down the line.
