Default Need active amplification for OB project, what's the latest and greatest on a budget?

Hi Everyone, I am building a pair of speakers using BG Neo 3 PDRs, SEAS Excel W22EX and either 4 of these Peerless 10's:
Peerless 830668 10" Paper Cone SLS Subwoofer 264-1110

Or 4 of the Eminence Alpha 15" drivers. This means I will need 6-8 channels of amplification. I am trying to keep a budget of under $400 for parts/supplies for amplification. I am a beginner when it comes to building my own electronics but I am not afraid of a soldering iron...but preassembled boards would be preferable. Would people recommend class D? Any certain boards to look for? Thank you!
