I want to build an icepower DIY plate-amp and because this will be my first amp project i want to do everthing right.
I saw some projects with these amp modules and the people are using ferrite after a normal AC power entry plug, like this: ![]() ![]() ...but can i replace the ferrite with a "power entry module with integrated filter" instead the ferrite with a normal AC entry plug? ...something like this: ![]() Qualtek 880 Series Multi-Function Module Filters So which is the way i should go? - normal Ac power entry plug with ferrite - only power entry plug with integrated filter (without ferrite) - power entry plug with integrated filter (with ferrite) |
