I want to build an icepower DIY plate-amp and because this will be my first amp project i want to do everthing right.
I saw some projects with these amp modules and the people are using ferrite after a normal AC power entry plug, like this:
...but can i replace the ferrite with a "power entry module with integrated filter" instead the ferrite with a normal AC entry plug? ...something like this:

So which is the way i should go?
- normal Ac power entry plug with ferrite
- only power entry plug with integrated filter (without ferrite)
- power entry plug with integrated filter (with ferrite)
