Default Class D amplifier compensates for PSU?

Is it right that Class D amplifiers , can be built so that they can handle a power supply with poor transient response and yet still make the music sound good....ie say the rails dip down 15% on a transient...can the Class D amp compensate for this?

Hi,
Yes, put a 22R res in serie at output, then rail Voltage drop 5%.
