Default Mini Boombox, what's wrong?

I figured that i wanted to do something smaller this time so i got these of ebay:
Mini-Amp: DC 12 Mini Amplifier Board 10W + 10W Class D Amplifier - eBay (item 180673254720 end time Aug-25-11 10:14:34 PDT)
Mini-Speakers: 1.5" MINI FULL RANGE SPEAKER 15W - eBay (item 150586066952 end time Aug-30-11 08:46:21 PDT)

When i try hooking them up together nothing happens besides some white noise.
What's wrong?
