wanted: APT30M85BVR mosfet

Hi, does anyone know where I can get a switching mosfet APT30M85BVR? Made by Advanced Power Technology aka Microsemi.

It is out of a Crest LT1500.

In the UK, Crest is handled by Peavey who are quoting 2 months delivery.

IXYS SEMICONDUCTOR|IXFH40N30|MOSFET, N, TO-247 | Farnell Republika Slovenija

APT 5010LVR too. Succesfull swap in a LT2000 with no prob.

thanks for the info, have already looked at the IXYS but they are alot slower device. I would rather fit the proper type as it is a safety critical device.
