i count 21 small squiggles to every big squiggle.

( 21 / 10^3 ) * 8

I make that 0.168 !!

Looks like class d carrier 320KHz.
Nothing to worry about I have seen much worse from application sheet circuits.

I agree, it is not uncommon to see that sort of waveform, we hired a 13G scope at work to do some problem solving on a high speed interface, and when you looked in detail at some waveforms you get quite a shock, but as long as the rising and falling edges are monotonic you wont get that many problems, that the beauty of digital is its noise tolerance.
