I don't know amps so I can't help here but you might want to show a little patience as the answers are bound to trickle in as the members come home from work, have dinner, put the kids to bed...

That amp won't even work with a car battery as the power source. The TDA7498 datasheet states the minimum working voltage as 14V and requires up to 39V for the max stated power output.
The bottom line here is that you will not get any respectable power output from a car battery without a way to boost the voltage.

But what about the 4 channel x100 watt, it uses 12 vol.
But our goal is to safe energy, do you have any amp in mind that would fit our speakers without using to much power. This is 1 we have also considered to buy: With Pioneer GM-D9500F Class-FD 4-Channel - Google Search |

I think the 4x100 watt board is specified with 27V power supply not 12!
As has been said, if you are looking for this sort of power output you need more volts one way or another, or a dedicated car amp that just happens to have a voltage doubler already built in for exactly that purpose. You also might want to ask the question on the car audio forum here where folks are probably more familiar with your setup? |
