Default "Gold pin" Texas Instr. tripath TA2020 chips?

Hi folks

Does anyone have any experience of an amp based on one of these chips?

Here is the example I'm looking at.

ORDO TA2020 T-AMP Amplifier & USB DAC TA2024 PCM2704 B | eBay

If anyone could give me a steer on this unit, and the components included, I'd be very grateful. Would I be better off with a known quantity such as a topping tp20 mk II with a separate usb dac/headphone amp?

Any thoughts gratefully received.
