Need help, gate driver!

Hi.
I can't get this circuit to work, the lower transistor is always leading. Any deas?

I forgot to add that there should be +/-30V over the last stage, I uploaded the wrong schematic.

Try a TC4420 driver IC.

Thanks a lot for your reply, will do that. This circuit works great using +/- 15V for the last stage, so obviously it's not gonna work for +/- 30V. I will return with results. More solutions are welcome.

I'm supposed to use discrete components but if I'm unable to make it work I will have to use an IC. Can you please help me get this discrete gate driver work?

I'm running out of time, can someone please help me. If someone has a schematic of a discrete gate driver that works for +/- 30V for the last stage, please share.
