I have been searching but unable to find any info on a mod to include incorporation of a sub out circuit for a Lepai LP-2020 (TA2020 chip) to feed a powered subwoofer. Maybe a simple opamp circuit providing a lopass filter and buffering, tapping into the existing circuit between the volume control and the input caps. I play keyboard ocassionally for small gatherings and am presently using this amp with acceptable results. However my thinking is I could use a available sub to handle the bass which would allow me to crank down the bass being sent to my two Advent indoor/outdoor speakers thus reducing the stress on the amp and freeing more drive for the Advents.
