When I turn off D200, it will give me a funny noise (like a siren going from high to low frequency) until rail caps discharge. Any suggestions please ?

Thanks
Outputs and heatsink are on botom side of pcb, use speaker protect with NE555.

0,033R can be use with IRFB4227, but 0,005R can be use only in O/C protect with LM311 comparator ( D500 O/C circuit ).
