PCB and size is in post #123. All resistors are 5% only 510R is 1%.

Replace both 2k2 resistors with 1k for +/-30v

Change O/C options with diferent value of 0R1/5W resistor, for example use 0.05R/5W for 12A.

i dont have 74hc00 , irf640 , tl081 , cap 224-250v , res 510 ohm 1% now.
i buy that tomro.
