D200 pcb size 52.5x120mm, TO220 or TO247 fet can be use with this pcb.

i use sir manoj amp now

I don't know if anybody has mentioned this already, but why not just use a IRS2092? Is basically have all built in - analogue audio preamp, pwm gen, mosfet driver, protection and more. B&W use it in their high end HT sub's.

They have a few reference designs on their website, complete with PCB files :-)

With +/-30 vdc use 1k/2W instead 2k2/2W, IRF640 instead IRFB4227 and TIP122 instead BD241C.

IR2110 is easy available and not expensive. With 74AC00 power on mute and O/C protect is add. With BD241C no need for extra 12V bias suply...

nothing else change need ?
if i change irf mosfet then it is not too need the gate resistor ?
i have tip 31 not tip122.
is this good ?
i have T106-2 too.

i have T106-2 too.
You can use TIP31 but replace 10k resistor with 3k3 (conected to base TIP31 and 12V zener). D200 run at 450kHz.
