Class D Amp with LM566, LM393 and 2XIRF530

Dear Mile,

Nice to see that you are working on the new PCB. But I still see there's no space for a heatsink on outputs.

When I turn off D200, it will give me a funny noise (like a siren going from high to low frequency) until rail caps discharge. Any suggestions please ?

Thanks

Outputs and heatsink are on botom side of pcb, use speaker protect with NE555.

Sir Mile,

How about these type for the O/C protect, are they suitable for D200?

Regards!

Hi mile,

did you check D200 @75V rail??
is it start(oscillate)@very low signal input without noise???
feedback resistor 4k7 hot???

Regards
MANOJ

This D200 work at +/-80V rail, only 2k2/2W and TIP31C are hot.
It start at very low input signal without any audable noise.
Regards
