I have 50K log pot connected to one of my amplifiers. It is working fine but for the first 3/4 of the full turn the volume increase is insignificant. Only the last 1/4 of a turn produce volume increase that I would call a normal operation.
Should I try 25K or 100K pot instead to get a better response throughout the whole scale? Thanks. |

you should try 25k log pot, seems your gain already stuck with 50k pot, means its lower than 50k
