I guess most people know that laying out a class d amplifier is quite difficult.
Decoupling close to the ic and output mosfets is vital. Keeping all the components as close as possible to the ic including output mosfets. I sold one of my class d amps on ebay and then the bloke emailed me complaining all it would do is keep resetting and clicking. I asked if he had made any changes and he said the only change he made was hanging output mosfets on the end of 4 inch wires on to a heatsink. Once he put the mosfets back on the pcb if burst into life and he was well satisfied. He learned the lesson too of critical class d layout.
