Default Question about hooking up monitors

Hi all,

I've done a lot of reading up on bridging and have somewhat of an understanding of it now..I have 2 more specific application questions.

Question 1: Is it risky to run 3 low power rating 8ohm speakers parallel (2.67ohms load) into an amp rated for 4 ohms?

I'm working with very tight budget so there's no option to just up and get a power amp rated to go down to 2 ohms.
Would I only run into issues if the speakers were higher power, or does simply the fact that they pull a 2.67ohm load present a hazard?
I've run it few times before without clipping the amp but don't want to risk blowing it.
Here is the setup:
3 x Kustom KPC10M (75w rms/150w peak)
Peavey DPC750 (350w/ch @ 4ohms, 700w @ 8ohms bridged)

Question 2: What is the best way to get the most power to drive 2 mains, mono?

I used to think that you just bridge the amp to get more power but is it true that you're not supposed to drive the amp lower than 8ohms under bridged mode? (my amp lists 700w @ 8ohms bridged)

I have 2 Stage Accompany F9 series speakers rated at 240w rms/500w peak. I usually daisy chain them so that I can have the amp/mixer in the rear. And such, I usually bridge the output "thinking" I get more power. Is it safer to just run them on channel A/B unbridged? Guess I couldn't daisy chain them that way

Thanks for any insight provided and I apologize if this is a very basic question.

I don't know anything about the DPC750 and I'm at work so I can't look it up but, driving a low impedance load is going to put a lot of heat stress on the amp. The higher level you are going to operate, the higher the stress/risk is going to be.
Depending on the build and design of the amp you may be fine or you may find yourself with a molten mess.
Sorry I couldn't help more.
