Burning in class-D/T amps

I remember reading a few years ago that class-T amps should always be burned in with a load, either speakers, or load resistors. If I recall correctly, this was because they can become unstable running without a load.

Was this correct, or just another Internet myth?

Personally, I wouldn't think burning them in without a load would be sufficient anyway.
