What is the better chip the ta2020,2021,or 2024?I cant find any info on the ta2021

can anybody tell me if my amp is fried.The power supply blew up and now Im not getting any sound the led's light up so its getting power.The orig.P.S was 13.5V 4-amp the one Im trying to use now is 12V 1-amp
