Default RODEK r 1900 N D class monoblock

Hello
I have a problem with the amp RODEK R 1900N
How it got it looked like the one pictured
Diode mur120 highlighted in the photo was damaged, and someone there interceded BA .....
As it turned out one leg of the transistor Q204 in the photo was marked broken
I do not know whether the LED marked 'ZDP' whose anode goes to pin 2 system that controls the mosfet has to be there whether the manufacturer has not put it there?
Another problem is the systems with blurred markings (unless the manufacturer made it difficult to repair) the most I care about reading the symbol system that controls the mosfet. And in this state got it

I started to repair its removal mosfet, then I put diode mur120
Then I turned the amp, gave the correct voltage inverter
I noticed with the control, mosfet, I felt very much warmed to is corrupted, I pulled him from the stands, a colleague from another forum said that this arrangement is probably the IR2110, gave the signal to the amplifier input 50Hz sine wave, oscilloscope, and examined how the signal comes to the HI and LO in Others (10 and 12 pin) was a rectangular signal, it seemed that all prior agreements are good
I put a new layout ir2110 a stand, I put one pair of mosfet, turned on the power, nothing broke I gave the signal to the amplifier input, amplifier theory played, I am only disturbed the quiet speaker squeal (probably in D class and its normal) I put another pair of mosfet amp played, so I plugged the amplifier into 4 ohm load, artificial, after about 10 minutes to damaged MU120 diode D202 and transistor (mosfet for the yellow capacitor) is damaged (short circuit between 2 and 3 foot)

The question is what could be the cause of damage? It wonders me, "ZDP''for which there is no agreement IR2110

And whether the control system mosfet is ir2110?

I am counting on your help
Maybe someone has a picture of this amp? (As for the diode for ir2110)

Available I have a two-channel oscilloscope and multimeter
