Hello, this is a diagram of an car amplifier.
I want to make some changes to improve this scheme, the high size is hot (60-70 degrees on transistor without heatsink ) without loud on the output What changes do suggest, please draw on the diagram. Thanks in advance ! |

R191 is huge, and you should have drive upper gate with higher voltage then source voltage, and source voltage has to reach Vpp!

My mistake, in schematic of this amplifer are many mistakes.
I think this is the right ! Thx Pafi ! I do not like waveform on final mosfet, what changes need to bring for a good waveform for the final mosfet Last edited by mgm2000ro; 27th June 2010 at 02:43 PM. |

Hi,after see scheme, carrier freq. and 12Kpf of gate driving for side.
not is possible simple modify (my opinion). only hard modify I think. change operational, remove pair of BJT driver and replace it with 4xtc4426 chip. this can driver a pair of mosfet for solve current necessary of gate. |

Try to remove some MOSFETs, and decrease R191!

Hi,
for precision is TC4427 (non inverting). very simple change with it. 2 for side and...FLY. |
