Hi Guys,
I really need help for designing my project, which is designing a 10-15w class d amplifier feeding with a battery. I have designed my project with 2 tl082CN for triangular wave oscillator(~125kHz), 1 lm339n comparator , 1 tc4420 and 1 tc4429 gate driver and 2 mosfets(irf23BD..) and an output filter of 20 kHz low pass. I am supplying +-10V to the drain and source of the mosfets and + 5 v for the gate drivers. But unfortunately, I have some heat problems for mosfets ans I could not get the required power. Could you please hel me to solve the problem? Thanks

5V for the gate driver isn't going to give enough Vgs on the output MOSFETs unless they are logic-level types.

Thank you savu. I have corrected D1 and D2 places. I think TC4420 and 4429 do some level shift. And for the floating drive what do you sugeest?

Hello if you use floating drive like ir2110 you still need level shift. I will post a schematic as soon as i get home
best regards,
