I will try to find T130-2 (ebay). From my calculation uH=(Al x turns^2)/1000
20uH=(11 x 43^2)/1000, then I need 43 turns on this core?

Thanks

I have no idea what are they, Google finds nothing. You should provide a link or a description!

These sentences make no sense for me.

Those seem to be inductors, not cores. Maybe ferrites, but i'm not convinced. If they are really ferrites, you have to brake them parts.

Dzony988:
Have you measured your switching freq yet? The original schemetic with the original phase lead network gives a switching freq of 120kHz. The corner freq (-3dB) of your filter is about 50kHz (at 4.5 Ohm), this means about 20dB filtering only, very poor. The 1mm gap could be enough to protect your core from saturation, but you can have a very high ripple current at the inductor.
