how many watts can be expected if i parallel three irfp250 directly from ir2110 without including the tc4420 ?

you can't drive 3 irfp250 with ir2110 (2A pulsed).

you need separate high current drives or bipolar emitter followers.

I don't think 2n5551 and 2n5401 can do the job. Strongly suggest you to consider Savu's comment.

Ok, What about this one? http://datasheets.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/MAX5048.pdf
This one is not a complementary transistor pair, it is complete mosfet driver like TC4420 or whatever else..

How to level shift these power drivers as high side? Use ir2110, ir2113 or ir2010 again?
