I changed couple of IC's, same result. I would like to increase rail voltage, please let me know which part need to be changed and what is the threshold voltage limit of this design? Thanks Raj |

i was creat and fix the parts for IRS900D i was used IRF640N with 1K ohm OSC resistor what is the value for IRF640n gate resistor ? i want to use T106-2 how much the value of out put filter ? thanks |

For the diyers friends.
These 3 class d amps IRS (900-1500-3000) the same topologie and schematics the 1500-3000 ad OCP (overcurrent protecttion) personally prefer irs1500 with biger vmos like 90n20 (90a200v) or better irfp4768(93a250v)and work fine 2ohms load. Depend the load and the +-vcc inductor coul use 22-50uh no problem. look the little secrets down the pcb  A smd little 100nf decoupling and use pcb 3000 only one vmos per side. Other mistake its the 12v auxiliary better 1,5-2a (use two paralel 7812 or lm317) one 7812 work in irs900 only |
