Hi ALL,

IRFP250 can switch up to 1MHz(1000nS). not tested with class d amp, simple oscillator used for testing(supply 24V)

Hello, in this version we built four pieces, with two IRFB 2772 powered by 75V, with small changes works perfectly. frequency is 450 KHz
which is the rated power of the amplifier and is the standard audio input
