UCD 25 watts to 1200 watts using 2 mosfets

Hey guys
So looks like nobody's here
I'll appriciate if anybody could help me with this amp

I manage to run this amp after a lot of mosfet failures and now the sound is kind of good but not great
I noticed that the negative rail draws way more current than positive one. when I increase the output power to about 100w, the current draws from negative rail is about 2 A while the positive one only consume 0.6 A
is this normal due to the supply of IR2110 by negitive rail?
Also I can't get a clear upper wave form in the output as you could see in the video below:
YouTube

PS: I'm using this schematic

Thanks in advance

your answer is in the previous posts.by those who made this amp before , please scroll way ,way upwards

Simple, problem on C3 (1uf) bootstrap of ir2110 ,just replase 1uf to 10uf capacitor or add another 4.7uf

FULL BRIDGE CLASS D

Fullbridge completed for subwoofer with protection dc /overcurrent;)

hi all busy perfecting smps and ucd semi discreet .that is lm 311 and ir2110 in ucd amp. all is well the amp is o.k and cool even at 2 ohms  but ocp protections are the ones holding me back .i have made lorylaci ucd version with protection ,it works well but trips very soon / early. i think when the amp is 60% loud .
i wanted it to reach about 92% at 2ohm per channel because i wanted to use full bridge +/-70vlts fets used are a pair of irfb4227 per channel:confused: any help some one??. the schematic ic below and my layouts are below.

it has been over three years and this amp is powerful but has major stability issues,
i used different layout designs and components , through hole or smd components failure is a must after long term usage .:confused:
worst failure is when you use more than 1 channel in one casing , all channels will fail and only one will remain.

with or without protection the results are the same.

any way the good side of this amp is when bridged at +/-85 volts it is :hot::redhot:insanely powerful :hot: and just warms no high heating of output fet devices a moderate sink with a small fan is more than enough .tried at 4ohms and 8ohms . but it is not stable , after working well and with good connections , it will just fail for no good reason at all.:confused:

Hi stewin,

11CH Sigma delta class D with @+/-60V rail (pioneer SC-LX901):):)

Regards
MANOJ

hello too sir
wow wonderful , how do they deal with interference which causes failure:confused:

i also made sigma delta which is class d 200w using tl074 . i made up to six channels with two smps Offline full-bridge SMPS....need help and had no issues . but my voltage used was +/-38 volts photos >> diysmps <<
