hi CLASS2008 i'm referring to my on oscillator triangular(600 khz) using manojtm schematic but without it's 125khz square,hope you will not be misguided.

Yes... manojtm use only 125Khz square to triangle signal.
Where is the schema design of manojtm?

hi andrew,gate charge and capacitance to high, IR2110/13 will run hot ,it might work but at 100Khz for bass only high power amp
search for 2-3nF and a maximum 60-70nC capacitance and gate charge,Trr 100-200ns body diode for 250-300khz aplication
