they are the only good high voltage fets i have found so far than irfb23n20

23n20 has the breakdown voltage of 200V , they aren't good for +\-90V application .
So as the other 200V mosfets !
4229 has 250V breakdown .

Hi Manojtm i used 600 khz oscillator based on your schematic my IR2110 IS DEAD,my IRF240 also dead,hope you can post your schematic with modification,thank's.

thanks dimonis, now i've got a reliable D mosfet(irfb4229) to use i hope it wont heat up like crazy as the irfb23n20
