They require kwatts and full audio band ...personally i am interested in getting my amplifier THD and IMD lower...but since no one makes those tests i have no help in this matter .norazmi: What residual amplitude do you have? |

cpx , ive download the program u told me, and i need time to learn coz too many setting and option, ill try to learn it as fast as i can. Btw what exactly cause filter caps become hot? Too high freq?

To much esr...and too much disipation when testing with high voltage and high frequency output, with no input signal and normal oscilation you shoud have no heating. To use that software you need to make an output divider and filter.I made some very aproximative calculations.. . but i hope it helps.

CPX you are doing a wrong method Desktop computer already have noise(More compare with Laptop) , so how you measure THD+N???? |

Class D AMP using second order filter so ie. L=(.225*RL)/Fc Fc is cutoff freq.;Cut off freq. is the final out put so just tell me the THD+N you measure from where? with cut off freq. or without Regards Manoj |
