Hi Andrewlebon,i will try to finish it with in this week,this layout is base on IRS900 with TC4420 used as buffer to drive the high gate capacitance output transistor,i hope this will not affect the self oscillation of the circuit,better to try and stay wonder,cheer's.


Hi exflaco this is base on IRS900,but of course the inverter pin's(CD4049)is different.

Hi nano,TC4420 is a 6A driver according to the data sheet's and i'm going to used it with only 3 output per rail,meaning two of this(TC4420) for high and low,is it not possible?please give an advice thank's.

Hi andrewlebon which is better to used?totem pole BD139 & BD140 OR TC4420 for 3 pair's of IRFP260 with 47R gate resistor cause i dont have distortion meter for measurement,thank's bhai.

greetings which is best suitable core for d class for power output 2kw to 3kw got some sendust cores from china sound has become clearer no heating
of core and fets lukewarm but after some time fets and ir2110 blow up
any reason for this happening for tests i used irfp250 2 pairs supply 70 volts dc+/- any clue why this is happening

I use tc4420 with irfb4227's and have no problems.

TC4420 worked with how many pairs?
how do you explain that not work with pci TC4420 and worked with bds.
TC4420 in my test only worked well with a pair. use 2 pairs of IRFP260N as is?
