Is it possible, after certainly modify to use this amp for audio applications?

It's not intended for audio. Clock seems to be 42khz. Datasheet says that there is some dead time, but the value is not specified. The voltage drop of P channel body diodes is interestingly high.
With pre or post-filter feedback it could be used as a bridged subwoofer amplifier (if the error amplifier is good enough).
