Hi there,
I'm looking for a book about class-D amplifiers. So I would like to hear from you what you would recommend. I don't care about the length of the book, I'm already reading a book on 1200 pages about computer programming. What I want to learn from the book is how to make good designs in class-D. I already have experience in electronic circuits, but that are most in the digital section (microcontrollers and other digital hardware). So if you have any recommendations, please tell me ![]() Regards, Simon H.A. |

The best source of technical information is the manufacturer of the devices. Try Texas Instruments (ti.com) and read application notes on their various designs. There are other companies as well. TI claims circuits that don't need output filters, a great idea.
Brush up on your inductor design; it's important, as well as the ESR and ESL of capacitors, EMI reduction, and more. Not a new technology; I played with it a little back in the middle 1960s. |
