I'm working on car amp JL500.1 . I need help a part# Q512 It may dual transistor ?. I send pdf you may reconige it is .Any help and suggestion that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Henry,

What is the marking on the device's body? You may be able to find the part by matching the marking with the database here.

Can you trace the circuit and determine if it's dual PNP, dual NPN, a linear regulator, or some other device?

1) smd marking code N09A means LMV431ACM5 but not LMV431B
2) LMV431ACM5 SOT23-5, at the picture I see SOT23-6
3) it is Fmba56 marking:.2G SOT23-6

Thanks your help for recognine of Q512. IXV you right. It's FMB56 Marking 2g sot23-6.So i can order them at Mouser or Digitkey.

This is a dual PNP transistor, basically two MPSA56 in one package.

Ypu can substitute this with a discrete pair of MPSA56 or any high voltage TO92 PNP with a Vceo >100v

The emitters go to R512, R511 which are 221R resistors.
