Um10155
Dear Guys,
Inside the UM10155, Mosfet PHP18NQ11T had been used. But right now I cant find this mosfet in my country. Is there any other Mosfet that can be used other than this mosfet and have the same characteristic? Many Thanks if anyone can give me any suggestion. Sincerely, Raymond |
