Are these modules safe to use? (Damaged in shipping)

I recently purchased some modules from a forum member - unfortunately it looks like the courier company used the box as a football.


Would someone please have a look at these pictures and tell me whether the modules should be safe to use? I don't want a fire or electrocution hazard.

I'll obviously have to replace the broken rectifier and there are a couple of resistors and caps with broken legs on one too. The PCBs are pretty bent!
