Connex Electronics TA2022Amp
Hi all,
First posting here, hope I won't bother you too long with stupid questions. i just bought this stuff: Connexelectronic I hadd a hlly 90w amp, not bad... But the board blew up... So I intend to put my new pcb in Hlly case. So far, there shoud be no problem, except: -can anybody confirm that the original hlly xformer will fit? it has one secondary (3 wires) 24-0-24 V and is rated 300VA. Other question that tortures me a lot: did anybody try to use these chips with balanced inputs? Best regards Eric |
Sorry, but I don't have an answer for you on your questions.....
I am interested in your results though. Once you get up and running (hopefully quick!) I'd like to know what you think of the two amps. I'm interested in purchasing a 2022 amp but haven't made up my mind yet which one I'm going to get. I like the HLLY as I don't have an enclosure but the amp you just got could be a good choice as well. Thanks! |
I have the TA2022 amp module. THIS ONE
It is a solid amp for a good price. I am using a 2X22 200VA toroid for it as it does have on board rectification. |
