I want to build d class amp.
what mosfet you suggest for - 2*2kw rms @ 4ohm . +-220v , irs2092 driver

Use 200 volts IRFB4227 mosfets in bridge configuration with +/-70v rails...
This will give you output voltage approx 130 Vp, approx 92 Vrms, and approx 2.1kW into 4 Ohm...

FDP2532, FDP2552, IRFB4615 in full bridge as mentioned above
