In my class d set up i'm using hexfet power mosfet IRFB23n15d for my h-bridge design powered by -/+30V. I have a separate power supply for the rest of my circuit (comparator,ir2111,etc.). My question is when i turn on just the power mosfet section only i'm getting a huge power loss,as if the mosfets are all on.
http://www.irf.com/product-info/data...s23n15dpbf.pdf this is a link to the mosfets i am using I have tried using shotcky diodes across the mosfets, however it didn't work. |
