So I've aquired this Amp6 with SMPS. It was built by someone else.
One of the indicator LED's is always on. It's red, and it's the LED closest to the corner of the board. ![]() ![]() Is this where the red LED "should" be? What does the indicator mean? Does anyone recognize this PS? I can't find any documentation on the model # (Integrated Power Designs 7080052). The amp actually sounds fine, regardless, with just a little turn on thump... Cheers! SMPS seems to be an IPD model from the SRW45 series... Due to diagrams.

I think I'm OK, and this amp6 is running fine. Here is a shot from a 41hz forum thread which shows the LED's arranged opposite my board.
So apparently my amp is running normal per the LED indicators. |
