The achievements I mention are part of recently designed state-of-the-art commercial products, I can't share the details until these products become obsolete, but I can help other people to improve their results, provided that they already have something working ;) I'm actually giving a lot of information telling that it is possible. In fact, I've achieved 6000W/2ohm/1sec/33%duty from eight IRFB4227 reliably.

Hi friend !
can i ask you some things ?
i m new in class d, i built irs2092 amps 7d, with no input signal , but the output have some hi frequency noise like post #7
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/class-d/226126-sure-irs2092-amp-issue-please-help.html

Can i ask you what's wrong with it ?

Regards !

What you are probably experiencing is interfeerence from one chenel to the other (called beating), either EMI or through supply. If only on e chenel is connected, do you then hear whistling? If you use a SMPS the problem can also araise between amp and SMPS.
Problem araises from the switching noise generated by the switching components, and especially if you have say two chenels where the main switching freq in two chenels are different by less than 20 kHz.
Proper layout, shielding etc. helps a lot. but try lowering the switch freq of one chanel, or try insert some chokes on the different wires (keep these short ... they are like antennas).
