The achievements I mention are part of recently designed state-of-the-art commercial products, I can't share the details until these products become obsolete, but I can help other people to improve their results, provided that they already have something working I'm actually giving a lot of information telling that it is possible. In fact, I've achieved 6000W/2ohm/1sec/33%duty from eight IRFB4227 reliably.

6kw @ 2 or 4 or even 8.pls specify. as mono not in bridge. which spice was used to simulate this circuit. also specify the supply rail voltage n current.
