Hello from Athens,

I had the opportunity to be offered the new modules ( thanks Lars) and substitute the "older" NCD1 with the NCDX version.

Right from the start and before any major break-in period, the new modules are superior in sound quality than the ncd1. Better details, quiter background, and no more "scratching" noises from the tweeters.

I will report back when i have the time. I am off to a business trip.

I attach a low resolution photo taken by my mobile phone.

We have a SMPS platform ready to go, however we get more interest in other new products, and as it cost loads of money to launch a new product, we have to prioritize, and release the most interest-generating products first. That's the hard rules of life :-)

About independent reviews, i am hoping all of those who already pre-purchased NCDX and NCDXi will write their own reviews on forums, once they get their modules. Release date is based on production time, pretty soon.
Hi Lars before you you are going to sell new products, i think it vill be a god idea to tell people there is no support, i and other people in Denmark has sent you emails and make phonecalls several times with no respons. I ask you for a replacement modul because i have problems from the beginning with one of my ncd1 module it takes long time to start and when i turn the power on there is no light in the blue led it took 60 minutes today before the blue led light.

:-)

:-)[/ QUOTE]

I would love to test the new modules in Copenhagen Hifi club. We have some of the best monitors on earth. So have I. I thought your new modules was mounted with discret components only !

Since 2006 we sold thousands of modules, and we deliver full warranty on every single module, no questions asked. We are sure that almost all of these modules are up and running fine this very moment.

And we are happy that almost every amplifier works without a hinch. Every module we ship out has been thoroughly tested, and has been running at different temperatures for at least an hour. So we know the module is working correctly, when it's sent out. However we do often experience the user have misinterpreted our instructions or not read them at all. We try to improve the instruction book when we encounter such mistakes.

Some times people call us and say: my amplifier is not working, whats wrong? Obviously it is imposible for us to answer such a question. It can be wiring, power supply, heat dissapation or other things.
Mostly we encourage people to send their entire amplifier to us for a checkup, this allow us to investigate and locate the problem, and we fix it without cost.
Sometimes a customer send his modules back, with a letter that they are not working, please replace them. We test them, and they work perfectly, we measure all parameters. So obviously something else besides the module is the problem.

Other times the customer is able to identify what went wrong, and send his module back to us for replacement or repair. Mr. Sopi is fully aware of this policy. However we did not receive neither amplifier nor module from him, so it's hard for us to improve on his situation.

I recommend him to do either of the above listed things to resolve the issues.

I think we let that number go when we went to ip instead of analog phone. But anyway i corrected that page, so it also shows my mobile phone number, like every other page. Thanks for the heads up.
We repair or replace modules mostly within a couple of days.

We implemented an improved support system today, to ensure anyone who have run into a problem can get proper support. It's found on our homepage NewClassD Front Page.
