MOSFET gate capcity for IS2010
hey,
i am trying to find a way to calculate the typical gate capcity for ir 2010 for 400Khz freq,is this FET will be good enough for Full Range speaker? (320pf gate capacity) http://www.irf.com/product-info/data...4024h-117p.pdf and for 20Khz freq (subwoofer?) is this fet will be good enough? (4600pf gate capacity) http://www.irf.com/product-info/data...rfb4227pbf.pdf is there a way to calculate this ? thanks
