Think IRFB4020 is a bit to the low side for 350W (though data sheet promise 300W into 8 ohms). Go for something like IRFB4229, which is better suited for this kind of power level.

irs by itself maybe not, I used zetex buffers and drive them at 480kHz with no problem, but that is probably not an option for you
I would try to stay above 250kHz, that would be great
I have a similar design using the 4420 and found power off problems with 4420, I get a siren like noise for a second on power down. It seems the 4420 gets upset at power off.
Perhaps use transistors instead of the 4420 ?
I see the over current levels are set quite high but similar to what I found I had to use.
