Think IRFB4020 is a bit to the low side for 350W (though data sheet promise 300W into 8 ohms). Go for something like IRFB4229, which is better suited for this kind of power level.

If I use them, Should I decrease the Fosc to work properly ?
Assuming that the irb4229 has high charge. Right?

Does the irs2092 could manage them properly ?

irs by itself maybe not, I used zetex buffers and drive them at 480kHz with no problem, but that is probably not an option for you
I would try to stay above 250kHz, that would be great
