Power MOSFET Transistors replacement need help
I have a Bel Canto Evo6 GenII and one of teh three board is burned.
I need to replacement Tripath TA3020 and 2 power MOSFET Transistors on the board. Do anyone know can I use Toshiba 2SK1530 or 2SJ201 to replace the STW34NB20? If so, will it be any improvement? |

I'm partial to IRF FET's, and it looks like the IRFP4227PBF would be a nice upgrade if your the bias circuitry can handle just a little more current. If it can handle significantly more, the IRFP4668PBF would be even better.
