Default Need some input on my class d

I was wondering if I could get some feed back on what I may be doing wrong. My goal is to have an amplified sine wave as an ouput. As far as protection, level shifting and feedback i have yet to get that far. I'm to the point where i have in my opinion good inputs to the ir2113 however the outputs to the power mosfets are still terrible, i don't have a good picture of the output however if you'd like one i will gladly post it.

All the diodes i am using are high speed diodes MUR160 i believe. Let me know if i can clear anything up

the -12 volt supply on the 311 should be dropped and grounded instead.
The 4070 cannot take an input that goes below 0 volts.
on your lm311, both inputs then must be tied to +6v supply with a 4.7K to 10 K resistor. A capacitor then must be used between each input and ground.
Given the + 12v supply, i would lower the sawtooth input to 2 V rms.
gain is set by the ratio between input signal and sawtooth amplitude.

With just the sawtooth wave applied, the output should show a square wave
from the 311 to the output at a 50% duty cycle.
Apply the audio signal and it should work. http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif

Thanks for the reply i'm accually getting a good quare wave already the 1k pull up resistor after the lm311 is helping to me get a nice quare wave from 0 - 10 volts at about 280kHz basically everything works well untill the ir2113.

The inputs going into the ir2113 are very good, i'm not sure if i've put enough dead time in tho. I'm wondering if my capacitive values are correct or if i'm not using the proper mosfet for such a low power trial.

I'll look into lowering the sawtooth waveform so i get a 50% duty cycle at lm311
